PriceMe 'PrizeMe Memory Match' - Terms and Conditions – NZ Promotion
Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.
Promotion commences at 7.00am 24th October 2023 and closes 11.59pm 17 November 2023 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received outside of this time will be ineligible for entry. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the length or duration of the Promotional Period at any time.
Entry is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Eligible participants must be an existing PriceMe member or become a PriceMe member or accept these terms to win a prize. ("Eligible Participants").
Global Compare Group Limited trading as PriceMe (the "Promoter"), its employees, participating agents and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
There is a total prize pool with RRP in excess of $10,000 be won during the Promotional Period. Eligible participants have the chance to win a share of the total prize pool through participating in the PrizeMe Memory Match game hosted on the PriceMe website.

Conditions of Entry
How to Enter: Online Game
Each day (starting daily at 00:01 and ending at 23:59) of the Promotional Period a new chance will be given to play the PrizeMe Memory Match game.
Eligible Participants can play the PrizeMe game an unlimited number of times throughout each day of the promotional period, however they will only be entitled to enter the prize draw once per day during the Promotional Period.
To play, an Eligible Participant must visit PriceMe.co.nz and match the prize cards within the game.
To be eligible to win a prize, they must then enter the following details ("Valid Entry/ies"):
a. Full Name;
b. Email address;
c. Acceptance of the Promotion Terms & Conditions; and click or tap the "Enter" button into the competition form.
d. An ADDITIONAL entry will be awarded to PriceMe members who set a Price Alert during the promotional period. Eligible Participants can set an unlimited number of Price Alerts on each day of the promotional period, however they will only be entitled to recieve one additional entry to the prize draw per day during the Promotional Period.
For absolute clarity, an Eligible Participant can recieve a MAXIMUM of TWO entries per day during the Promotional Period.
Eligible Participants who completed the game and entered their details will go in the draw for that day to win an individual prize from the prize pool ("Daily PrizeMe Draw").
Daily PrizeMe Draw winners will be notified using the email address provided in their Valid Entry on the following dates:

Tuesday 31 October for the period Tuesday 24 October to Sunday 29 October
Tuesday 7 November for the period Monday 30 October to Sunday 5 November
Tuesday 14 November for the period Monday 6 November to Sunday 12 November
Tuesday 21 November for the period Monday 13 November to Friday 17 November
Every Valid Entry during the Promotional Period will automatically go into the draw to win any unclaimed prizes from the Prize Pool ("Online Game Grand Prize Draw").
On Friday 24 November 2023, the winner of the Grand Prize Draw will be randomly drawn from all the Valid Entries by Eligible Participants. The winning entry will win any unclaimed prizes (subject to management discretion). Online Game Grand Prize Draw winners will be notified using the email address provided in their Valid Entry and their prize will be awarded within 14 working days of being notified as a winner.
Daily PrizeMe Draw prizes will be awarded to the winner provided in the Valid Entry within 14 working days of being notified as a winner.
General Prize Terms & Conditions
The total Prize Pool will be given away during Promotional Period. The Promoter reserves the right to adjust the number and value of prizes throughout the Promotional Period.
Any unclaimed prizes will be added to the Online Game Grand Prize Draw.
Images used to showcase prizes on any and all promotional material are INDICITIVE of the actual prizes that can be won. Where prize is not identical the prizes will be of a similar value.
Details provided by prize winners upon entry will be verified by the Promoter to validate they are an Eligible Participant. If a Prize Winner is deemed ineligible for any reason, a replacement prize winner will be drawn.
Prizes cannot be converted into cash and are not exchangeable or transferable.
Dosh Card Cashback will be paaid as Cashback credit onto the Dosh card of the winner. Cashback paid once new Dosh card activated.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
All dates and times are in NZST.
Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility to any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion.
Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, and costs or expenses) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Promotion or with any prizes offered, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Promotion. Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner's details and photographs for promotional and media purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Please refer to PriceMe Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use, disclosure and storage of personal information.
The Promoter will utilise the entrants' personal information for future communications relating to PriceMe and NZ Compare products and services. You can unsubscribe or request removal at any time.
