General Terms & Conditions for NZ Compare – ‘SWITCH to WIN 1 month FREE Broadband’ (the “Terms”)
The Prize Draw is managed and promoted by Global Compare Group Limited (“GCGL”) - Company Number: 7305419, NZBN: 9429047307131.
The Prize Draw is in no way endorsed or approved by any GCGL supplier, internet service provider or partner found and listed on any GCGL website.
Switch and successfully sign up to a new broadband and/or power plan using Broadband Compare and/or Power Compare website and/or the NZ Compare customer support team between 12th March 2024 at 8:00am and 2nd April 2024 at 11:59pm to be eligible for the Prize Draw.
By entering the Prize Draw, you fully agree and accept the Terms..
The Prize Draw is only open to individuals aged 18 years and over and resident in New Zealand on the date of the Prize Draw.
There will be one winner of the Prize Draw (a “Winner”) will receive 1 month of free broadband (the “Prize”).
The Winner will need to provide GCGL of their full name, email address, bank account number and their most recent broadband bill in order to receive the Prize.
The Prize Draw start date is Tuesday 12th March 2024 at 8.00am NZ time and the Prize Draw end date is Tuesday 2nd April 2024 at 11.59pm. The winner must have signed up to a new broadband and/or power plan using Broadband Compare and/or Power Compare website and/or the NZ Compare customer support team during this time period to be eligible for the prize.
The Winners will be selected at random by GCGL or its authorized representative on Wednesday 3rd April 2024 and the Winners will be notified on or around the same date.
The Prize Draw is not open to employees of GCGL and their families or agencies affiliated with GCGL.
The Winner’s full name (at Global Compare Group Limited's absolute and sole discretion) would be announced on all GCGL social media channels and email lists and our promotional material.
The Winner will be notified by email within 72 hours of the Prize Draw taking place.
Should the Winner not acknowledge receipt of their win within 7 days of receiving notice from GCGL that they have won the Prize, GCGL reserve the right to redraw or not fulfil the Prize.
The maximum value of the Prize is NZ$120.
GCGL will not be liable for any delays or non-receipt or non-delivery of entries for the Prize Draw.
In the event GCGL believes that an entry contravenes these Terms, it reserves all rights to delete the entry at its absolute and sole discretion.
The Prize is non-transferable.
GCGL’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These Terms shall be governed by New Zealand law and the courts of New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
