Summer Dreams Competition terms & conditions (the “Prize Draw”)

General Terms & Conditions for Broadband Compare – ‘NZ Compare’s Summer Dreams Competition' (the “Terms”)

The Prize Draw is managed and promoted by Global Compare Group Limited (“GCGL”) - Company Number: 7305419, NZBN: 9429047307131.

The Prize Draw is in no way endorsed or approved by any GCGL supplier, internet service provider or partner found and listed on any GCGL website.

You can choose to enter the Prize Draw by visiting https://www.nzcompare.com/l/summer-dreams-giveaway, clicking on the ‘enter now’ button and completing the online entry form.

By entering the Prize Draw, you fully agree and accept the Terms.

The Prize Draw is only open to individuals aged 18 years and over and residents in New Zealand on the date of the Prize Draw.

The Winner will need to provide GCGL with their bank account details in order to receive the Prize.

The Prize Draw start date is 5 December 2023 at 0800 and the Prize Draw end date is 14 December 2023 at 2359.

The Winner will be selected by GCGL or its authorized representative on 15 December 2023 and the Winner will be notified on or around the same date.

To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must have access to a computer, or browser-enabled device and the internet and complete the NZ Compare Summer Dreams Competition entry form.

The Prize Draw is not open to employees of GCGL and their families or agencies affiliated with GCGL.

The Winner’s full name (at Global Compare Group Limited's absolute and sole discretion) will be announced on all GCGL social media channels and email lists and our promotional material.

The Winner will be notified by email or direct Message within 72 hours of the Prize Draw taking place.

In order to enter the Prize Draw, the Winner is required to provide GCGL with their full name, telephone number and address. 

Should the Winner not acknowledge receipt of their win within 7 days of receiving notice from GCGL that they have won the Prize, GCGL reserves the right to redraw or not fulfil the Prize.

The maximum value of the Prize is $100.00NZD.

GCGL will not be liable for any delays or non-receipt or non-delivery of entries for the Prize Draw.

In the event GCGL believes that an entry contravenes these Terms, it reserves all rights to delete the entry at its absolute and sole discretion.

The Prize is non-transferable.

GCGL’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These Terms shall be governed by New Zealand law and the courts of New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
